AI Companion
Led the design of Zoom AI Companion from 0→1, creating the foundational experience and interaction framework for AI across Zoom Workplace. Scaled the vision across products and a growing design team as AI Companion evolved into a unified, cross-platform assistant.
Meeting Summary
Flashback to January 2023, Chat GPT had just been released and it was making waves across the industry. The AI craze was just beginning and companies all around were trying to figure out this new technology.
I was the sole meetings designer tasked with exploring AI capabilities. I partnered with our lead PM and together we worked with our ML engineers, core developers, and our leadership team to develop our first suite of AI offerings to our core product base, Zoom Meetings.
Zoom Event Analytics
I redesigned our Zoom Events Analytics platform that gives hosts a clear, actionable view of their event performance. Partnering closely with product and engineering, I defined the product vision, user experience, and interaction patterns from concept through launch.
HP 3D Center Manufacturing Suite
I led a radical product pivot of a large-scale, cloud-based B2B platform. Grounded in user centered design principles, we dramatically increased value for our customers and revenue for HP.
HP 3D Digital Manufacturing
HP is disrupting manufacturing with our Multi Jet Fusion and Metal Jet technology and end-to-end digital ecosystem, unlocking new potential and driving the 4th industrial revolution.
